Responsibilities
- Perform site survey activities with a team and independently
- Preform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
- Review job installation plan with the Crew Lead
- Assist in tracking inventory for each project
- Troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Troubleshoot motor and control systems
- Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
- Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
- Clean up the job site
Requirements
- Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician License
- Minimum 5 years of electrical experience
- Proficient knowledge of installation of PVC coated rigid conduit systems
- Able to lead a crew of various sizes ranging from 2 – 5 people
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
Physical Requirements
- Ability to make multiple trips up and down a ladder, daily.
- Ability to lift, squat, deadlift, pull and carry up to 50 lbs., daily.
- Ability to work at the ground level, kneeling, or bending daily.
- Ability to kneel and stand repeatedly, daily.
- Ability to operate a boom lift and scissor lift.
